2bd9 Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with Us

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "2bd9" / "the Platform" refers to the online betting and casino service operated at 2bd9.io, including all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and API services.
• "User" / "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the 2bd9 platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created upon successful completion of the 2bd9 registration process.
• "Balance" refers to the real-money funds held within a User's 2bd9 Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) or Indian Rupee (INR) as applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, or non-withdrawable balances granted to a User by 2bd9 under a specific promotion.
• "Wager" / "Bet" refers to any real-money stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, live dealer table, or any other gaming product offered on the 2bd9 platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by 2bd9 before processing certain account actions, including large withdrawals.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the reference timezone for all time-sensitive rules and deadlines on the 2bd9 platform.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To be eligible to use the 2bd9 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

1. You are aged 21 years or older.
2. You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
3. You are accessing the platform on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 2bd9, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
5. You have not previously had a 2bd9 account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
6. You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
7. You are of sound mind and are not acting under duress, coercion, or any recognised gambling disorder at the time of registration or wagering.

2bd9 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension pending verification.

3 Account Registration

Each User may hold only one registered account on the 2bd9 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of whether different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices are used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate and permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address or mobile number. You further agree to update this information promptly if any detail changes.

2bd9 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Account approval is at the sole discretion of 2bd9 and does not constitute an obligation to continue providing services indefinitely.

By completing registration, you confirm that you are not using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic access restrictions. Accounts identified as using such tools may be suspended without notice.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 2bd9 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number or email address. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

2bd9 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any message purporting to be from 2bd9 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately at [email protected].

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 2bd9 immediately. Until such notification is received, 2bd9 will treat all account activity as authorised by the registered account holder. 2bd9 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where the User has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.

2bd9 employs industry-standard TLS encryption for all data in transit and stores account credentials using secure one-way hashing algorithms. However, no security system is entirely impenetrable, and 2bd9 cannot guarantee absolute security against all possible threats.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

2bd9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of the withdrawal request.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits funded by another person's payment account — are strictly prohibited. Any balance resulting from a third-party deposit may be voided and the account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Standard processing times are as follows:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay: Typically within 30 minutes of approval during business hours (BST).
• Bank transfers (Dutch-Bangla, City Bank, BRAC, Islami, Sonali): 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Visa / Mastercard: 3–5 business days depending on the issuing bank.

2bd9 reserves the right to apply additional KYC verification before processing any withdrawal exceeding ৳50,000 within a rolling 30-day period. Users must submit a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of address upon request. Failure to comply within 7 days of the request will result in withdrawal suspension until verification is completed.

2bd9 does not charge platform-level fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which 2bd9 accepts no responsibility.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Bonus funds are credited to a separate promotional balance and are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Wagering requirements are stated in the individual promotion terms and are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., a 10x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳10,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash).

Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, the following general restrictions apply to all 2bd9 bonuses:

• One welcome bonus per household, device, IP address, and payment method.
• Bonuses are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of credit unless otherwise specified.
• Bets placed using bonus funds on games with an RTP exceeding 97% may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements, as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• 2bd9 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that existing active bonuses already claimed in good faith will be honoured under the terms at the time of claiming.
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses through arbitrage, matched betting, or coordinated play between multiple accounts will result in immediate bonus forfeiture and may result in permanent account closure.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the 2bd9 sportsbook and casino are subject to the specific product rules applicable to the relevant market, game, or event. These product-level rules are available within the game interface and the relevant sportsbook market. In the event of any conflict between product-level rules and these general Terms & Conditions, the product-level rules shall prevail.

2bd9 offers sports betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events), football, kabaddi, and other sporting disciplines, as well as live casino games from providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. The availability of specific markets and games is subject to change at the discretion of 2bd9 and the relevant game studio.

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on 2bd9:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 2bd9 does not accept cancellation requests for bets that have been accepted by the system unless a manifest error in the published odds is identified.
• In the event of a manifest pricing error (also referred to as a "palpable error"), 2bd9 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to users, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided automatically and stakes returned.
• For live in-play betting on cricket, bet acceptance may be subject to a short delay during which 2bd9 reviews the current match situation. Bets placed during this review period remain pending until accepted or declined.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) where applicable, or by live dealer procedures governed by the relevant studio. 2bd9 does not interfere with the outcome of any game provided by third-party studios.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 2bd9 platform:

• Creating more than one account (duplicate accounts), or assisting another person to circumvent the one-account-per-person rule.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with the platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt conduct related to sporting events offered on the 2bd9 sportsbook.
• Deliberately exploiting identified software bugs, display errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund an account.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the 2bd9 platform for any activity that constitutes a financial crime under applicable law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 2bd9 support staff or other users via any communication channel.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other account process.

9 Responsible Gaming

2bd9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining an environment where entertainment remains the primary purpose of using the platform. We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all registered users, accessible via the Account Settings section of your 2bd9 dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 7-day cooling-off period before they can be increased.
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out, regardless of ongoing activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the 2bd9 platform. Temporary exclusions range from 24 hours to 6 months. Permanent self-exclusion is irrevocable and will result in account closure with balance returned to the registered payment method.
• Reality Check Notifications: Receive on-screen alerts at user-defined intervals reminding you of the time spent in the current session and your net win/loss position.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 2bd9 platform, including but not limited to the 2bd9 brand name and logo, website design, user interface layouts, graphics, text, promotional materials, and software code, is the exclusive property of 2bd9 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 2bd9 platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any part of the 2bd9 platform or its content without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the 2bd9 platform.
• Using 2bd9 trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any context without express written authorisation.
• Framing or mirroring any portion of the 2bd9 website on any third-party website or application.

Game content provided by third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is subject to that studio's own licensing terms.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2bd9 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 2bd9 platform. This includes, without limitation:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised account access where the User failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.
• Losses resulting from technical failures, server downtime, network interruptions, or third-party payment processing delays that are outside 2bd9's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from a User's reliance on information or advice provided by 2bd9 customer support, which is offered in good faith but does not constitute professional financial, legal, or gambling advice.
• Losses arising from a User's failure to read and comply with these Terms & Conditions or the specific product rules applicable to a given bet or game.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit 2bd9's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Bangladeshi law.

2bd9 makes no warranty that the platform will be available on an uninterrupted basis. Scheduled maintenance and emergency technical work may require temporary service interruptions. 2bd9 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where operationally feasible.

12 Amendments

2bd9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 2bd9 will notify registered users via a notice posted on the 2bd9 homepage or via email to the registered account address, with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

Your continued use of the 2bd9 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and contact [email protected] to request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

The version of these Terms & Conditions currently in force is identified by the effective date shown at the top of this page. Previous versions are available upon request by contacting the 2bd9 support team.
